AIA Philippines, formerly Philam Life, has moved its Binondo office to Yuchengco Tower, making it easier than ever for clients to access the trusted support and services they rely on in one of Manila’s most vibrant business districts.
Binondo, recognized as the world’s oldest Chinatown and a major commercial hub, is home to thousands of small- and medium-sized enterprises and family-owned businesses. Its strategic location provides access to millions of potential clients in Manila’s growing middle class.
The new office houses both the customer service center and agency office, now fully operational for all client needs. Customers can visit for after-sales transactions, payments, claims, policyowner service requests, and submission of requirements. AIA Philippines’ network of over 2,000 agents in Metro Manila ensures that clients receive consistent support, both in-person and through locally based representatives.

The AIA Binondo office—located at G/F 500 Yuchengco Tower 1, Quintin Paredes St., Binondo, Manila—recently held a blessing during its soft opening, with the grand opening scheduled this month, coinciding with the Chinese New Year celebrations.
