Acer has launched an updated version of its Swift X 16, a 16-inch laptop made with creators and designers in mind.
The new Acer Swift X 16 (SFX16-61G) is offered with an option for a 16-inch 3.2K OLED panel which has VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 and TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe display certifications. The display boasts of a 100% DCI-P3, brilliant 500 nits peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, and less than 0.2 ms response time.
Designed to help designers and creators unleash their full potential, the Acer Swift X 16 is powered by up to the AMD Ryzen 9 7940H processor (up to 45W and 8 cores) and built-in AMD Radeon 780M graphics, up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPUs, and comes with Studio Drivers pre-installed.
Keeping the machine cool is the upgraded TwinAir cooling system and an air-inlet keyboard design to help expel heat and maintain cool temperatures from within.
Other features of the new Acer Swift X 16 include support for Wi-Fi 6E, a microSD slot, and a 1080p FHD camera.
All these are housed in a thin-and-light laptop that weighs just 1.9kg in a sleek 17.9mm chassis.
