Acer has announced the refreshed Acer Swift Edge 16 (SFE16-43), a laptop designed for dynamic professionals who require high computing capability, productivity, and portability from their hardware.
The laptop’s ultra-thin and light magnesium alloy chassis measures a mere 12.95mm thick (or about half an inch!), weighs only 1.23kg, and is finished off with a sleek olivine black coating.
Its 16-inch OLED display has a 3.2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut support, and 0.2 ms response time. Using your laptop for extended periods? Worry less about eye strain because this display is TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe-certified.
Under the hood of the new Swift Edge 16 is the latest AMD Ryzen 7040 Series processors with AMD Radeon 780M graphics. It also comes with up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage.
For fast and reliable wireless connection, the latest version of the Swift Edge line comes with support for up to Wi-Fi 7.
Other features of this laptop include a 1440p QHD webcam, Acer’s Temporal Noise Reduction and Acer PurifiedVoice with AI noise reduction for improved video call experiences, a full-sized keyboard, and a range of essential connectivity ports, which include two USB Type-A ports, dual USB 4 Type-C PD 65 W ports with fast charging and display capabilities, HDMI 2.1, and a microSD card reader.
