Acer hosted its first Acer Edu Summit Asia Pacific 2025, a two-day event held on May 7 and 8 at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.
With the theme “Shaping Tomorrow: AI and Digital Technologies in Education,” the summit brought together educators, policymakers, and tech experts from 11 countries across the Asia Pacific, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, South Korea, and more.
The event explored the transformative power of AI and digitalization in education, highlighting how technology is revolutionizing classrooms, boosting digital literacy, and preparing students for a future driven by innovation.
“Digitalization has demonstrated its capabilities to complement, enrich, and transform education, and Acer created this summit as a catalyst for innovation,” said Andrew Hou, Acer Pan Asia Pacific President.
Key highlights included interactive booths from Intel, Windows, and Google, alongside esports showcases by Aopen, SpatialLabs, and Predator Gaming.
Tech brand Altos also debuted its latest AI server platforms—the Altos BrainSphere R680 F7 and R880 F7, designed to support high-performance computing, generative AI, and large-scale model training using NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs.
