Netflix has released the final trailer for the highly anticipated third and final season of Squid Game, teasing a tense and emotionally charged conclusion to the global phenomenon.
The trailer offers a haunting reflection on Gi-hun’s (Lee Jung-jae) harrowing journey, with flashbacks to key moments from Seasons 1 and 2 and a glimpse of what’s to come.
Season 3 picks up in the aftermath of the bloody cliffhanger that ended Season 2. After attempting to lead a rebellion against the game’s masterminds, Gi-hun’s plan appears to succeed—until the Front Man, revealed to be Player 001, betrays him. The uprising is crushed, and in a final twist, the Front Man kills Gi-hun’s closest friend, Jung-bae (Lee Seo-hwan).
Though Gi-hun is at his lowest point yet, the Squid Game marches on. As the surviving players are thrust into even deadlier rounds, each choice carries weighty and often tragic consequences. Gi-hun must decide whether to continue fighting or give in to despair.
Meanwhile, In-ho resumes his role as the enigmatic Front Man, welcoming a new wave of mysterious VIPs. His brother, Jun-ho, continues his search for the island’s location—unaware that a traitor may be working against him from within.
