vivo has officially launched the vivo V27 Series, the latest addition to the brand’s V series. These phones boast a first-of-its-kind technology in the industry that promises to elevate your mobile photography game.
The series is composed of two variants—the vivo V27 5G and vivo V27e. The vivo V27e will be officially available for pre-order on vivo’s e-store from March 22 to 29, while the vivo V27 5G can be pre-ordered from April 10 to 16.
Dubbed as “The Aura Portrait Master,” the vivo V27 is packed with Aura Portrait Algorithm technology. This first-in-the-industry feature is vivo’s solution that covers the three aspects in the light and imaging processing journey.
First is the Aura Light, a built-in ring light that serves as an extra light source but with a smoother and more delicate effect compared to regular phone camera flash.

The second is in the camera system, particularly in the vivo V27 5G variant. The 50MP OIS Ultra Sensing main camera is powered by a Sony IMX766V sensor, a first in vivo’s V Series history. This ultra-large 1/1.56” sensor allows 145% more light to produce better picture quality even in low-light surroundings. Meanwhile, the V27e variant features a 64MP OIS Ultra Sensing Camera and Super Night View capability.
The third is the synergy between hardware and software with vivo’s full and exclusive line of Portrait algorithms.
Say goodbye to shaky videos as the V27 Series is also packed with EIS + OIS dual ultra stabilization. And to ensure that you can shoot high-quality videos even when you’re using the front camera, vivo equipped the V27 5G with a 50MP Eye AF camera and the V27e with a 32MP shooter.

The series sports new colorways. The vivo V27 5G’s Emerald Green colorway is boosted with vivo’s signature photochromic 2.0 technology, which is now more reactive to light, making color-changing process faster than its predecessor.
Meanwhile, vivo V27e is available in an eye-catching Lavender Purple colorway created through vivo’s photolithography process to achieve its glowing peacock feathers design. The Glory Black model, on the other hand, is partnered with glittering fluorite AG effect for a delicate and luxurious finish.

Both V27 phones have a slim and smooth frame. The vivo V27 5G has a 7.36mm 3D curved screen, while the vivo V27e has a 7.7mm-thin flat frame.
Under the hood of the vivo V27 5G is a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 4nm chipset that supports dual-mode 5G and dual 5G standby to balance performance and power consumption.
Both phones come with vivo’s Extended RAM 3.0, with the vivo V27 5G’s 12GB RAM and vivo V27e’s 8GB RAM supporting up to 8GB RAM extension. They’re also packed with a generous 256GB onboard storage.
The vivo V27 Series comes with an all-day battery that supports 66W FastCharge so you can quickly recharge the phone from 0 to 50 percent in just 19 minutes.
