As fuel prices continue to rise, many Filipino motorists are once again bracing for higher daily expenses—from longer commutes to pricier delivery runs. In the middle of all this, VinFast Philippines is offering a different kind of relief: no fuel costs at all.
The company has announced it is extending its free, unlimited EV charging program for all customers—both current owners and those planning to buy—until March 31, 2029. The program covers charging at stations operated by V-Green, effectively removing one of the biggest ongoing expenses of vehicle ownership.
For everyday drivers, the impact could be immediate. Instead of budgeting for weekly fuel, EV owners can plug in without worrying about rising pump prices. This is especially significant for transport network drivers, including those on the Green GSM platform, whose earnings are often tied closely to fuel costs.
The initiative reflects VinFast’s commitment to support Filipinos as mobility becomes more expensive, while also encouraging a shift toward cleaner transportation. The extended offer also applies to customers in India and Indonesia, signaling a broader push across key Asian markets.
In addition to the free charging incentive, VinFast is already implement additional measures to make EV ownership easier. These include a battery subscription program to lower upfront costs, flexible payment options, resale value guarantees, and long-term warranty coverage.
