TikTok has partnered with TESDA–National Capital Region to hold a special edition of its TikTok Content Camp, helping aspiring entrepreneurs and job seekers develop digital skills for income opportunities.

The training initiative forms part of TikTok’s efforts to support digital upskilling in the Philippines as more Filipinos turn to online platforms for entrepreneurship, content creation, and alternative sources of livelihood.

Participants attended a series of hands-on workshops covering content creation, livestreaming, and social commerce. The program began with an introduction to CapCut, where attendees learned the basics of video editing, content packaging, and techniques for producing engaging short-form videos.

The sessions also featured an overview of TikTok LIVE, providing participants with insights into the local livestreaming landscape, audience engagement strategies, emerging content niches, and monetization opportunities. Attendees also learned how TikTok LIVE agencies support creators and businesses in growing their presence on the platform.

The program concluded with a workshop on TikTok Shop Creator Affiliates, introducing participants to social commerce and strategies for creating content that helps drive online sales.

TikTok said the collaboration with TESDA NCR reflects its commitment to helping expand access to practical digital skills that can support entrepreneurship and employment in the country’s growing digital economy.

The company added that it will continue working with government agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners to deliver digital learning programs that equip more Filipinos with the knowledge and tools needed to participate in the evolving online economy.
