TCL has retained its position as the No. 1 Panel TV Brand in the Philippines for the third consecutive year, according to the 2025 Annual Cumulative Market Share Report released by TRS Research.
The independent market research firm’s report, which tracks nationwide brick-and-mortar retail performance throughout 2025, highlights TCL’s continued leadership in one of the country’s most competitive consumer electronics categories. The company said the recognition reflects Filipino consumers’ continued confidence in its television lineup.
The local milestone comes alongside TCL’s sustained global performance. According to market research firm Omdia, TCL ranked first worldwide in shipments of 75-inch-and-above TVs and Mini LED TVs in 2025. The company also remained the global leader in Google TV shipments for the fifth consecutive year, spanning 2021 to 2025.
Building on this momentum, TCL is expanding its premium television portfolio with Super-QD Mini LED (SQD-Mini LED), its latest display technology designed to enhance brightness, contrast, color accuracy and backlighting precision for a more immersive viewing experience.
The technology has already gained international recognition. At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, the TCL X11L—described by the company as the world’s first SQD-Mini LED flagship television—received the Innovative Display Technology Gold Award during the Global Top Brands Awards organized by International Data Group (IDG) with support from IDC.
