If you’ve ever struggled to block out café chatter or traffic noise during your commute, Sony’s newest earbuds aim to make that a thing of the past. The brand has unveiled the Sony WF-1000XM6, the latest addition to its popular 1000X series, promising stronger noise cancelling, richer sound, and a more comfortable fit for everyday use.
The WF-1000XM6 builds on the success of the previous model with 25% better noise reduction, especially in the mid-to-high frequencies—the kind of sounds you hear in offices, airplanes, or busy streets. With four microphones and Sony’s upgraded HD Noise Cancelling Processor QN3e working alongside the Integrated Processor V2, the earbuds automatically adjust to your surroundings and even how they sit in your ears.

Sony has also refined the design. The earbuds are slimmer and shaped to follow the natural curve of your ear, helping reduce pressure during long listening sessions. New Noise Isolation Earbud Tips come in four sizes for a snug, secure fit.
Sound quality gets a noticeable boost as well. A newly developed driver unit delivers deeper bass and clearer highs, while 32-bit audio processing enhances detail and clarity. Features such as Hi-Res Audio Wireless, DSEE Extreme, 360 Reality Audio, and customizable EQ settings let users tailor their listening experience.
Call quality has likewise improved, thanks to AI-powered voice pickup and bone conduction sensors that help isolate your voice in noisy environments.

The Sony WF-1000XM6 are now available for pre-order for P18,999. Those who place their order until March 15 will get a free Sony SRS-XB100 speaker.
