Mark your calendars as SM Mall of Asia welcomes the first day of 2024 with the grandest parade.
January 1 will be nothing short of magical as it will be packed with your favorite characters from beloved stories and movies, carnival-themed entertainment with lively stilt walkers, and mesmerizing marching bands and cheer dancers that will definitely charm all kids and kids-at-heart.
Carnival of characters
MOA Complex will come alive with the enchantment of childhood dreams as hundreds of characters and performers will join the spectacle starting at 4pm from the North Arcade to Pacific Drive, followed by an exhibition at the South Arcade and a grand finale at Seaside Blvd.
Magical meet-and-greet for all ages
Mallgoers will be in for a special treat as an enchanting Meet and Greet session with their beloved characters and mascots will take place at the Music Hall from 6pm to 7pm. The session promises an opportunity for children and adults to interact, take photos, and share magical moments with iconic characters from beloved stories, and fantasy realms.
Lively performances
Adding rhythm and fun to the spectacle are the talented marching bands and spirited cheer dancers who will captivate the audiences with their infectious beats and high-energy routines.
Spectacular fireworks display
To wrap the eventful New Year’s Day, the night sky will set the stage for a breathtaking symphony of lights and music with world-class fireworks display happening at 7pm at Central Park, SM by the Bay.
