Looking for your next big move? The SM Group Job Fair is happening this Thursday, May 29 at the Main Event Center, SM City Dasmariñas.
A wide array of career paths across SM Group’s vast network will be offered—from retail and food to banking, logistics, and real estate.
Applicants can expect fast-track hiring with the possibility of on-the-spot offers. Among the over two dozen positions available are sales associates, store crew, cashiers, merchandisers, personal shoppers, clerks, warehouse staff, HR assistants, marketing officers, accounting clerks, and various supervisory roles in facilities, sales, and customer service. Specialized roles in pharmacy, customer relations, and more will also be open for application.
Recruiters will be on-site to conduct on-the-spot interviews, potentially leading to same-day hiring for qualified candidates. To further streamline the application process, key government agencies such as the Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth will also be present to assist jobseekers with processing or updating their employment requirements.
This event is a collaborative effort involving SM Supermalls, SM Retail, Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) Jobs, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), and Philippine Exporters Confederation Inc. (PHILEXPORT).
Participating companies include Our Home, SM Appliance Center, SM Home, Ace Hardware, Watsons, Alfamart, SM Store, SM Hypermarket, SM Supermarket, Savemore, Waltermart, Surplus, Stationery, Toy Kingdom, Pet Express, BDO Network Bank, Chinabank, National University, Goldilocks, and more.
For those unable to attend the Dasmariñas event, SM Supermalls has a full schedule of job fairs planned for June, including the “Kalayaan Job Fairs” on June 12, which will be held across 27 SM malls nationwide in celebration of Philippine Independence Day.
