Samsung has launched three new additions to the Galaxy A series—A33 5G, A53 5G, and A73 5G—all promising to give users a “holistic mobile experience” at a more affordable price point.
All three devices share the same rear design and are fitted with large Super AMOLED displays, 5G-capable chipsets, 5,000mAh batteries with 25W fast charging, IP 67 water/dust resistance, and Samsung One UI 4.1 based on Android 12.
The Galaxy A33 5G features a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a quad camera setup (48MP main + 8MP ultrawide + 2MP portrait, and 5MP macro), and a 5nm octa-core Samsung Exynos 1280 processor.
Next up is the Galaxy A53 5G, which comes with a 6.5-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and a quad camera system (64MP main + 12MP ultrawide + 5MP portrait + 5MP macro). Like the A33 5G, this phone is powered by the same Exynos chip.
And then there’s the top-shelf Galaxy A73 5G, which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor. This phone also has the largest display among the three with its 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display. Its quad camera system is composed of a 108MP main camera with PDAF and OIS, a 12MP ultrawide-angle camera, 5MP macro camera, and 5MP depth sensor.
Pricing and availability
The Galaxy A53 5G will be available starting April 1 in all authorized Samsung Stores and online.

The Galaxy A73 5G, on the other hand, will be available in all authorized Samsung Stores and online starting April 22 in three variants: Awesome Gray, Awesome White, and Awesome Mint.=
