Following the announcement of their long-term global partnership last December, HONOR and Porsche Design have unveiled the first product of their collaboration: the Porsche Design HONOR Magic V2 RSR.
Announced during an even in Shanghai, China, the Magic V2 RSR is a foldable phone with a striking design that draws inspiration from motorsports.
Porsche’s signature Flyline design on the phone’s backside is reminiscent of the sleek hood of a Porsche 911, while the color palette chosen for this device is a Porsche car color known as Agate Grey.
This special edition phone has an anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield and a hardness rating of over seven on the Mohs scale.
The Magic V2 RSR features a 7.92-inch OLED LTPO display that has support for 1.07 billion colors. It also incorporates eye protection features such as 3840Hz PWM Dimming, Dynamic Dimming, and Circadian Night Display.
For its camera setup, the foldable has a 50MP main with OIS, 20MP telephoto with OIS, and 50MP ultrawide.
Under the hood of the Magic V2 RSR is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. Fueling it is a 5000mAh battery that supports 66W wired SuperCharge.
The Porsche Design HONOR Magic V2 RSR is currently available in China for CNY 15,999 or around P125,000.
