Project Xandata, the fast-paced 3v3 first person shooter game, is finally officially launching on March 22 on Steam.
The game was developed by Secret 6, a veteran game development studio based in the Philippines, San Francisco, and Madrid. For over a decade, the studio has worked on a number of notable AAA game franchises such as The Last Of Us, Uncharted, Tomb Raider, and The Witcher 3, to name a few.
What started out as a solo passion project of Secret 6’s Technical Director Gene Gacho has now turned into a full-scale studio production that aims to show what local game development is capable of.
“Together with a veteran lineup of talented developers, we’ve been working hard on Project Xandata for over five years now. It’s seen a lot of iterations. But now we are ready to showcase our own brand of competitive fps and further prove that the Philippines is capable of producing high-quality video games,” Gacho said.
Project Xandata throws players into the sci-fi world of Xandaigdig, which is inspired by Filipino culture. Become a Xandat and participate in action-packed team battles rooted in movement and skill-based gameplay. In this game, you can customize your weapons, elemental skills, and character to complement your playstyle.

To kick off the launch of Project Xandata, there will be an LFG! Project Xandata Launch Show on March 22, 6 p.m. at the official Project Xandata Facebook page.
