Pack your bags and gather your camp equipment! Outdoor Expo North 2023, the largest gathering of outdoor products and services exhibitors, is happening from February 24 to 26 in Alviera Estate in Porac, Pampanga.
Activities during the three-day expo and camping include talks about overlanding, outdoor cooking, and camping. There will also be motorcycle trail clinics, offroad clinics, and more. Barebones Living, an American outdoor brand, will also be hosting a fire cooking demo with Chef Chavi (a.k.a. Baguio Mountain Man).
Pitch your tents
There will also be dedicated campgrounds where up to 400 campers can pitch their tents, with each camper having approximately 30sqm of camping space.
Interested in camping? Here’s what you need to know:
- Campers need to register online to reserve a camping slot.
- Regular camping rate: P3,500 good for two nights, includes entrance for 4 to the camping and exhibit grounds
- Early bird rate: P2,500 (reserve on or before January 31), includes entrance for 4 to the camping and exhibit grounds
- Campers will also receive discounted entrance to Sandbox, four raffle entries, and access to portalets and water supply dedicated to campers.
- Expected temperatures from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. are 30-34°C and below 20°C at night. Cool breeze is also expected from 4 p.m. onwards.
- Campers who want to build a bonfire must bring their own pit.
Camping and outdoor gear galore
Those who wish to visit the exhibit only can do so. Exhibit entrance fee is P150/pax per day if registered online and P300/pax per day for walk-ins. You may buy tickets here.
The expo will feature products across various categories: overland, camping, adventure travel, cycling, and motorcycles.
