Nothing has introduced the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro, a smartphone built for people who love creating content. It features a revamped camera setup, a brighter and smarter Glyph lighting system, and a faster chipset.
The Phone (4a) Pro steps away from Nothing’s signature transparent aesthetic. Gone are the exposed internals and X-ray vibes; instead the device is wrapped in a sleek aluminum unibody in black, silver, or metallic pink. The rear panel merges the camera module and Glyph Matrix into a single, flowing surface.
At 7.95mm, it is the slimmest full-metal Nothing phone yet. The aluminum frame not only adds durability but also improves cooling, supported by a 5,300mm² vapor chamber system. The device also features IP65 dust and water resistance, offering protection against dust and splashes, as well as limited submersion. Color options include Silver, Black, and Metallic Pink.

The Phone (4a) Pro upgrades Nothing’s iconic lighting system with a flagship-grade Glyph Matrix made up of 137 mini-LEDs. Despite using fewer lights than previous models, the matrix covers 57% more area and reaches around 3000 nits of brightness, making notifications sharper and easier to see.
Users can personalize light patterns for calls, contacts, and alerts. Popular Glyph Toys—such as Battery, Timer, Digital Clock, Solar Path, and Glyph Mirror—are also supported and integrated into the Glyph Matrix always-on display experience.

The Phone (4a) Pro features a 50MP OIS main camera, a 50MP 3.5x OIS telephoto periscope lens, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 32MP wide-angle selfie camera.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16. It sports a Corning Gorilla Glass 7i-protected 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The 5080mAh battery supports 50W fast charging.

Based on the Nothing Philippines website, the Pro model will be available in 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB variants. No word yet on its local pricing and availability.
