Designed for the modern gamer, the Logitech G435 wireless headset offers comfort, fun color options, multi-platform support, and sustainability at a price that’s easy on the pocket.

Logitech markets these cans as a sustainable gaming headset—from design to production to delivery. It’s certified CarbonNeutral, meaning the carbon footprint of the product and packaging has been reduced to zero. According to Logitech, the paper packaging for the G435 comes from FSC-certified forest while the plastic parts of the headset include a minimum of 22% certified post-consumer recycled plastic.

Inside the box of the G435 are the headset, LIGHTSPEED wireless USB-A receiver, USB-C to USB-A charging cable, and user documentation.

The G435 is available in three colors: Off White/Lilac, Blue/Raspberry, and Black/Neon Yellow.

This headset is very light at only 165 grams so the clamping force is just enough to give it a secure fit without putting too much pressure on your noggin. but not enough to give you a migrai even when worn even during long hours of gameplay. Thanks to the softweave fabric covering the headband, it’s also comfortable to wear. Connecting the band to earcups are brightly colored coiled audio cables.

The earcups are covered in fabric with a porous material, which means they don’t block out too much noise. Another concern is that the material easily catches dirt and dust, so we recommend to always give the G435 a wipe down after every use.

On-ear controls include a power button, volume up/down, and a mute button, which also serve other functions. Holding both the mute and volume up buttons, for example, will bump the maximum volume to 100dB, while holding mute + volume down will decrease the maximum volume to 85db.

To use the Logitech G435 with your PC or consoles via LIGHTSPEED wireless technology, you need to insert the receiver into the USB port of your device and press the power button for a minimum of 1.5 seconds. Once the LED turns cyan, it means that you’ve successfully connected the two.

Meanwhile, connecting via Bluetooth requires you to press the power and mute buttons for three seconds or longer. The LED will flash blue as it enters pairing mode and you can then connect to your preferred device.

The good news is there’s no noticeable latency when playing videos or games.

The Logitech G435 has a slightly warm sound profile with a touch of extra bass, which is good for sound effects when gaming. They’re also decent for listening to music and watching videos; vocals and instruments are still present. However, you can’t customize your sound because there’s no EQ.

Logitech promises 18 hours on a single charge on the G435, which is respectable considering the weight of the unit.

The Logitech G435 is a decent gaming headset for your everyday needs. At P3,999, you get decent audio, multi-platform compatibility, and an ultralight and comfortable headset. The fact that it’s an eco-friendly headset just makes the deal a tad bit sweeter.
