LG Electronics brought sound innovation center stage with the launch of the LG xboom by will.i.am during the recently concluded “Pop Goes Boom” celebration at Xylo at the Palace.
The high-energy event pulsed with K-pop beats, electrifying performances, and hands-on experiences that showcased the new lineup’s sleek design and smart features.
The LG xboom by will.i.am series—Stage 301, Bounce, Grab, and Buds—caters to every listener. The LG xboom Stage 301 packs a 6.5″ woofer and dual midrange drivers for powerful, room-filling audio, while the portable LG xboom Bounce delivers bold sound with dual passive radiators.

The compact LG xboom Grab is designed for music on the move, and the LG xboom Buds feature graphene-coated drivers, advanced noise cancellation, and crystal-clear call quality.

With Auracast, multiple AI-enabled xboom speakers can link seamlessly for an immersive soundstage.
The launch doubled as a K-pop Dance Battle, with dynamic performances from DazZ Official, Excrementum, Kairos, Principtium, and Psycho. After an electrifying showdown, Principtium clinched the championship, followed by Kairos and Psycho. Consolation winners received LG xboom Bounce units.

Audience members also joined the spotlight, dancing to “Gnarly” by KATSEYE for a chance to win xboom prizes.
The energy soared with NEW:ID performing hits like “Ghost” and “Deja Vu,” while Zephanie, Idol Philippines 2019 Grand Champion, wowed with powerhouse renditions of “Problem” and “Bang Bang.” DJ Dara closed the night with a K-pop party set.

Special appearances by Sandra Jung, Kristy Cho, Mika Reyes, and Bianca Yao with the Gamers’ Run Club brought an extra spark to the celebration.
