At Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, Lenovo has once again pushed the boundaries of AI-driven business computing with its latest experimental marvel: the ThinkBook “codename Flip” AI PC Concept.
This laptop offers a unique user experience with its flexible OLED, allowing seamless transitions between a 13.1-inch laptop, a 12.9-inch tablet, and a productivity-boosting 18.1-inch vertical display.
It allows for five distinct modes: traditional Clamshell Mode, Vertical Mode for document review, Share Mode for collaboration, Tablet Mode for creative workflows, and Read Mode for distraction-free reading.

While specifications are still under wraps, Lenovo hints the Flip could pack an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU, 32GB of RAM, and the fast PCIe SSDs found in their other productivity laptops. A fingerprint reader and Thunderbolt 4-enabled USB-C ports are also expected.
No price or release date has been announced, and production is uncertain. Still, the ThinkBook Plus Gen 6‘s release suggests this concept isn’t entirely off the table.
