SEEK, the company behind Asia’s online job platforms Jobstreet and Jobsdb, recently introduced its region-wide AI-driven ‘Better Matches’ campaign in Asia.

The campaign showcases Jobstreet by SEEK’s use of advanced AI to empower talent and deliver better job matches than ever before.

The creative campaign includes animated videos featuring AI-like animals working in mismatches jobs that do not align with their inherent traits, symbolizing the challenges in the talent and job-seeking landscape. This initiative reflects the complexity expressed by both employers and talents in various surveys and online publications.

In the first video, a giraffe taxi driver struggles to hear a female passenger in labor who’s asking to immediately be taken to the hospital. Jobstreet by SEEK comes to the rescue (of the giraffe, not the pregnant passenger!) and matches him up with a role that fits his abilities better.

The ‘Better Matches’ campaign is part of SEEK’s overall effort to connect the right people with the right opportunities across Asia, following the merger of its APAC employment marketplaces—SEEK, Jobstreet, and Jobsdb.

It aims to showcase Jobstreet’s enhanced platform as a modern digital solution to this challenge, using AI technology to offer increased access to opportunities and talent.

The integrated campaign will be broadcasted across various platforms, including social media, television, outdoor and Jobstreet by SEEK owned channels. It will also be gradually rolled out in the other markets that SEEK has a presence in over the next few months.
