JBL is expanding its portable speaker lineup with two new rugged audio devices designed for music lovers on the move: the JBL Extreme 5 and JBL Go 5.
The JBL Xtreme 5 (P21,299) delivers a powerful and detailed audio through a redesigned acoustic system with AI Sound Boost technology that minimizes distortion at high volumes. The speaker also features SmartEQ Mode for optimized music and speech playback, built-in ambient lighting effects, and lossless audio capability.

Designed for extended entertainment, the Xtreme 5 offers up to 28 hours of playtime, a built-in powerbank, and compatibility with JBL EasySing Mics for karaoke sessions. It comes with IP68 protection and a rugged build made to withstand outdoor conditions.

The JBL Go 5 (P2,899), on the other hand, combines compact size with durable performance. The portable speaker features IP68 waterproof and dust-proof protection, a drop-proof design, and up to 10 hours of playtime, making it ideal for beach trips, outdoor activities, and daily use.

It also introduces a refreshed design with ambient edge lighting and AirTouch technology, allowing users to pair two speakers together with a simple tap. The Go 5 also supports Auracast connectivity for enhanced wireless audio sharing.
