Infinix has announced a major expansion of its partnership with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Esports, strengthening its presence across Southeast Asia’s fast-growing competitive gaming scene.
The move sees Infinix take on multiple key roles: Presenting Partner of the MLBB Professional League (MPL) Indonesia, Titling Partner of the MLBB Development League (MDL) Indonesia, and Official Sponsor of the MLBB Super League (MSL) Thailand. The brand aims to connect professional esports competition with everyday gamers through high-performance devices and localized community activities.
Building on earlier collaborations in the Philippines and Malaysia, Infinix is expanding deeper into major esports markets. For MPL Indonesia Season 17 and MDL Indonesia Season 13, as well as MSL Thailand Season 1, the company will provide tournament-grade gaming smartphones and organize fan-focused initiatives to boost engagement.

The 2026 MLBB tournament season begins March 20, with Infinix powering MPL Philippines and MSL Myanmar as the Official Gaming Phone. MPL Indonesia launches March 27, followed by MDL Indonesia on March 30. As presenting partner, Infinix will award MPL Indonesia champions the “KINGFINIX” title. The rollout continues with MPL Malaysia and Cambodia on April 3, and MSL Thailand on April 18.

Infinix and MLBB Esports are likewise enhancing fan experiences through initiatives that bring audiences closer to competitive play.
Fan Club Tournaments, inspired by MPL PH FANsiklaban, let official team supporters compete in real match settings using Infinix GT devices. AIoT integration will also improve game analysis and elevate broadcasts.
Meanwhile, the Infinix Campus Cup 2026 introduces structured inter-school competitions, with offline matches played on Infinix gaming smartphones. Gaming Master Classes, co-hosted with MLBB Esports, will give students hands-on insights into the esports industry.
Together, these efforts aim to better connect professional play with grassroots communities and aspiring players.
