HOPE, the country’s first certified B Corp and a pioneering impact organization, has launched Generation HOPE, an initiative that unites some of the Philippines’ most beloved brands in a shared mission to help solve the country’s urgent classroom shortage.
In partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd), Generation HOPE was formally unveiled in a launch event led by HOPE Founder Nanette Medved-Po, DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara, and key representatives from DepEd and all partner brands.

At the heart of the campaign is a simple but powerful idea: every Filipino can help build a classroom with every peso they spend. Through collaborations with brands such as BDO, Carmen’s Best, Grab, Penshoppe, Aivee Clinic, SM Supermalls, and Sunnies, Generation HOPE allows consumers to make everyday purchases that contribute directly to building much-needed public school classrooms.
“Filipinos always come together in times of need. In a world that is increasingly divided, let’s harness that power every day to support something we can all agree on: investing in the youth of this country to build a nation and ensure a brighter future,” said HOPE Founder Ms. Nanette Medved-Po.
Each partner brand brings a unique contribution to the campaign:

- BDO is introducing the “HOPE in Every Spend” credit card. A portion of spending, reward point redemptions, and annual fees will go toward building classrooms.
- Carmen’s Best will release Hope in a Scoop and Hope in a Pint, offering a delicious way to support the cause.
- Grab will allow users to donate GrabRewards points and make direct donations through its app.
- Aivee Clinic is launching the Aivee x HOPE collection, including exclusive bags, tags, and Skin Bank cards designed for the campaign.
- Penshoppe is releasing a special line of HOPE-themed apparel and accessories.
- SM Supermalls will donate a portion of sales from specially marked water bottles sold at partner food merchants.
- Sunnies will offer a clean lens kit and a limited-edition Sunnies Flask as part of the collaboration.
