HONOR Philippines has officially unveiled the HONOR X9d 5G, the newest member of its popular X Series lineup, positioning it as one of the most powerful and durable mid-range smartphones available today.
The HONOR X9d 5G is the first smartphone to earn the SGS Triple Resistant Premium Performance Certification, offering all-around protection against drops, water, and dust. It also retains the previous generation’s SGS 5-Star Comprehensive Reliability Certification, meaning it can survive drops of up to 2.5 meters on certain surfaces.
Reinforced with HONOR Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Technology, non-Newtonian fluid, and ultra-tough deep tempered glass, the device is built to withstand daily accidents—and more.
The phone also boasts flagship-level water resistance with IP69K certification. From splashes and rinsing to high-pressure water jets and short exposure to hot water, the HONOR X9d 5G is tested to function after being submerged in water for up to 30 minutes at 1.5 meters. Features such as AI Heavy Rain Touch and AI Glove Touch ensure smooth screen response even in challenging conditions.
Powering the device is an ultra-large 8300mAh silicon-carbon battery that allows users to enjoy up to three days of use on a single charge. The phone also supports 66W HONOR SuperCharge for quick top-ups.
The HONOR X9d 5G is packed with a 108MP Ultra-sensing Camera with OIS and EIS, delivering sharp, detailed photos day or night. AI-powered tools such as AI Eraser, AI Cutout, and AI Upscale make editing easy and fun.
Completing the experience is a 6.79-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ultra-narrow bezels, and eye-comfort features, as well as a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor for smooth, reliable performance.
The HONOR X9d 5G is available in Reddish Brown, Sunrise Gold, and Midnight Black, with an introductory price of P17,999 (SRP is P18,999). Those who pre-order from January 9 to 23 will get a chance to win a Tesla Cybertruck.
