Home Credit Philippines (HCPH) marked a new milestone ahead of its 12th anniversary: more than 12 million Filipinos served with accessible financial solutions as of August 2025.

Since its entry into the country in 2013, the consumer finance company has enabled Filipinos to purchase essential goods and services through affordable installment plans, cash loans, and digital offerings. To date, HCPH has disbursed nearly P500 billion in total sales across its credit portfolio.

“Reaching 12 million customers is more than just a number—it’s a reflection of the trust  Filipinos have placed in us,” said David Minol, Chief Executive Officer of Home Credit  Philippines. “We’ve seen a significant increase in new customers compared to last year,  driven by the growing demand for inclusive financing and the relevance and attractiveness of our offers,” he added.

At its recent “Future Focus: Building Tomorrow Together” event, the company reported financing 2.5 million smartphones since the start of 2024—an average of 5,000 devices per day by August 2025. iPhones remain the top choice, with financing for these Apple devices projected to hit P20 billion by end-2025.

Home Credit also plays a role in modernizing Filipino households, financing an average of 700 refrigerators, 1,400 televisions, and 1,100 air conditioners per day during peak season.

Mobility financing is also on the rise, with nearly 70,000 motorcycles and e-bikes worth P4.5 billion financed since 2024.

The company also promotes consumer protection through Home Credit Protect. Users can choose between Borrower Protection (accident, life, illness, hospital cash, installment waiver, unlimited online consultations, and protection for borrowers and their families); and Device Protection (accidental liquid damage, extended warranty, fast door-to-door repair or replacement, like-for-like device replacement). Users can avail of these for as low as P3 per day.
