For Filipinos who rely on motorcycles for work, school, or daily commuting, VinFast Philippines’ upcoming e-scooter lineup could offer a more economical mobility option. The company is targeting a July 2026 launch, with pre-orders expected to begin in June.
The initial Philippine lineup includes three models: the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper.
Positioned as an entry-level commuter scooter, the VinFast Evo is aimed at students, first-time EV users, and urban riders looking for an affordable daily transport option. Depending on battery configuration, the scooter can deliver up to 150 kilometers of range per charge and reach top speeds of up to 80kph on select variants.
Meanwhile, the Feliz II targets commuters and families seeking a more comfortable and lifestyle-oriented ride. VinFast says the scooter can travel up to around 145km on dual battery configurations and reach top speeds of up to 90kph.

At the sportier end of the lineup is the Viper, designed for younger riders and customers looking for a more dynamic riding experience. The model delivers up to 5,200W of output and top speeds approaching 90kph. It also comes equipped with Smart Key technology as standard.

All three scooters will use LFP batteries and support both home charging and battery-swapping systems. Charging times range from around 4.5 hours for single-battery versions to approximately 3.5 hours using optional fast chargers on dual-battery variants.
VinFast and ecosystem partner V-Green are also planning to establish around 30,000 battery-swapping stations nationwide over time as part of a broader infrastructure rollout.
More details on pricing, financing packages, dealer availability, and introductory offers are expected closer to the official Philippine launch in July.
