Amid the ongoing energy crisis and rising daily costs, Globe introduced a suite of new mobile and Globe At Home offers designed to help Filipinos stay connected, productive, and secure during challenging times.
The new products were unveiled during The Blueprint, Globe’s quarterly media briefing, which was held on May 26 with the theme “Keep Going with Globe.”
Among the highlights is the launch of Globe Cloud, the company’s own affordable cloud storage service that allows customers to securely store files and preserve photos through flexible plans. The platform also features Flashback and AI-powered editing tools for easier content management.
Globe also introduced AI Fiesta, a platform that brings together leading artificial intelligence models into one accessible service. Designed for students, creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, AI Fiesta offers affordable access to multiple AI tools while helping users save time through a single-prompt system.
For mobile users, Instagram Basic enables seamless in-app promo purchases and personalized top-ups.
Meanwhile Globe’s prepaid, postpaid, and Platinum services now include emergency loans, roaming assistance, and Rewards conversion for essentials such as food and fuel.
On the other hand, Globe At Home continues to expand digital inclusion through GFiber Prepaid and GCash-powered initiatives that provide free Wi-Fi access and cashless payment options in local markets.
Globe also introduced a holistic household care package that addresses evolving economic and lifestyle needs through flexible payment options, green energy solutions, and daily cost‑saving benefits.
The company also strengthened its focus on online safety through GoSafe, a campaign promoting safer digital spaces through site-blocking, content filtering, and education programs.
To support businesses in the digital economy, Globe launched Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GE CX), featuring AI-powered customer service and shopping assistants. GFiber plans also come with free Vulnerability Assessment Scans, helping businesses stay secure online.

“Connectivity today is no longer just about access, it is about making people feel supported, and about building meaningful connections that strengthen lives,” KD Dizon, Globe Enterprise chief marketing officer, shared.
“Whether it’s the connection that helps businesses grow, the connection that keeps families secure, or the connection that allows communities to thrive, Globe is committed to being that lifeline. Every day, we strive to give Filipinos the courage and confidence to keep going, with care that uplifts them,” she added.
