The initiative pairs seamlessly with GFiber plans offering speeds of up to 2.5Gbps, supported by a Wi-Fi 7 modem and 5G Wi-Fi backup for an always-on experience. With Home AI and IoT technologies, bandwidth is dynamically managed to ensure smooth streaming in 8K, lag-free gaming, and reliable connections for multiple smart devices—all aimed at giving families what Globe calls “Digital Peace of Mind.”
To back this up, Globe AT HOME launched its Gold Standard Service, anchored on a 24-hour installation, upgrade, or repair commitment. Customers receive real-time updates through the GlobeOne app. Meanwhile, Globe’s dedicated CARE Squad and CARE-AVan bring hands-on support directly to communities.
