Ford Philippines has launched Territory Assure+, a comprehensive program designed to streamline and simplify ownership for both previous and current-generation Ford Territory owners.

The program features a range of services, including Express Service, which ensures a quick and reliable periodic maintenance process. Through Express Service, Territory owners can have their vehicles serviced within 90 minutes, including a complimentary car wash.

Territory Assure+ also covers Free Pick-up and Delivery, which allows customers to have their vehicles picked up from and returned to a location of their choice for scheduled maintenance. This convenient service is available for free within a 5-kilometer radius for Ford dealerships located in the metro areas, and within an 8-kilometer radius for provincial dealerships.

Territory owners are also entitled to avail of Mobility Support, where they can access loaner vehicles from a Ford dealership (subject to availability) while their vehicles are under repair for more than a day.

Finally, Territory Assure+ allows owners to enjoy Improved Customer Support with a dedicated email address (ftassure@ford.com) where they can send their product or service-related queries. This is in addition to existing communication channels such as the Ford hotline and social media platforms.
