ACMobility has launched a new EV charging hub at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, marking a significant step forward in the company’s mission to expand EV infrastructure and accelerate EV adoption nationwide.

ACMobility, formerly known as AC Motors, has transformed its business from automotive retail and distribution to a comprehensive mobility platform that includes infrastructure and digital solutions.

The new charging hub near the malls’ Almario Road parking entrance features three 22kW AC chargers compatible with both Type 2 and GB/T ports, and a 120kW DC fast charger (CCS2 compatible) that can charge two vehicles simultaneously

This configuration allows the hub to power up to five vehicles at once, accommodating a wide range of EVs—from private cars to public buses.

To optimize the user experience, ACMobility has partnered with Evro, an e-Mobility Service Provider developed by 917Ventures, the tech innovation arm of the Globe Group. The Evro app allows users to:

  • Locate nearby charging stations
  • Check charger availability and compatibility
  • Plan and monitor charging sessions remotely
  • Make cashless payments

ACMobility plans to grow the EV ecosystem by expanding its network of EV charging hubs in prime locations nationwide. Currently, the network includes 70 charge points across 31 locations.
