EastWest Bank recently joined the Philippine Hobie 16 National Championship as a major sponsor, in partnership with Subic Sailing Philippines, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, and The Lighthouse Marina Resort.
The two-day event, held from June 22 to 23 at Subic Bay, brought together sailing enthusiasts from the Taal Yacht Club, Philippine Sailing Association, and Subic Sailing Philippines. EastWest customers, industry leaders, and media representatives also joined the festivities.
The event aimed to make sailing more accessible to Filipinos and showcase the country’s maritime heritage.
