Eastern Communications recently unveiled its Experience Center, a venue that showcases and offers the telco’s customers a first-hand experience of their various connectivity and ICT solutions.

Situated in their main office in Makati, the Eastern Experience Center is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing only the best products and solutions for Filipino businesses.

One of the highlighted solutions is Eastern Communications’ VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) powered by Kacific, a satellite operator providing high-speed broadband internet service for the Southeast Asia and Pacific Islands region. VSAT was designed to quickly connect the most remote and isolated users with light and easily transportable satellite dishes.

“Seeing is believing. But with technology, it’s not always easy. We want tangibles and experience the real-life use cases. That is why we launched the Eastern Experience Center,” said Edsel Paglinawan, Eastern Communications Head of Product and Innovation.  

“With the challenges from the pandemic and the adoption of digital technologies for businesses, launching the Experience Center was an essential step for us to allow partners and customers to experience our personalized services and solutions, not just in blueprints, not in PowerPoints, not in video presentations. We aim to share the actual experience and benefits of our products with this high tech and high touch initiative,” Paglinawan added.
