The excitement over the arrival of the HONOR 90 5G on August 15 was evident during the block screening of Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz’s block screening of their newest film, The Cheating Game.
“We truly are happy to see our HONOR stars Julie Anne San Jose and Rayver Cruz sporting the upcoming HONOR 90 5G, but we are equally excited to finally introduce it to the public. Let this be an open invitation to our HONOR fans to join us on August 15,” said HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng.
The HONOR 90 5G’s triple camera system is composed of a 200MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide, and macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The cameras are arranged in what HONOR calls a “Mirror Luna” design featuring overlapping circles and ellipses, inspired by the dynamic beauty of moon phases.
The device also comes with a 50MP selfie shooter with a 100° field of view, allowing more people and scenery to be captured. Images can be produced with a 1.28μm (4 in 1) pixel size, ensuring high quality images with stunning details.
HONOR also equipped the smartphone with a 6.7-inch AMOLED quad-curved ‘floating display’ with TÜV Rheinland-certified eye protection technology. It boasts of the industry’s highest Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Dimming frequency of 3840Hz, which makes the display flicker-free. The display also supports a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and delivers up to 1.07 billion colors.
