BYD enters the Philippines’ competitive MPV market with the all-new, fully-electric eMAX 7.
Available in a 7-seater Standard (P1.498 million) and 6-seater Superior Captain (P1.748 million) variants, this MPV delivers a compelling combination of design, advanced technology, comfort, convenience, and safety.
The eMAX 7 features what BYD calls its Dragon Face 3.0 front fascia, which visually resembles the BYD Han and Tang luxury vehicles. Its dynamic grille and crystal floating LED headlights create a premium, bold presence, complemented by aerodynamic contours, sculpted lines, and 17-inch two-tone alloy wheels.
The BYD eMAX 7 offers spacious and flexible seating for up to seven, plus lots of cargo room. The Superior Captain model has second-row captain seats. Inside, you’ll find soft-touch materials, leather seats, and a 12.8-inch rotating infotainment screen with wireless AppleCarPlay and Android Auto.
Both variants are equipped with six airbags, a 360-degree view camera, traction control system, electronic stability control, anti-lock braking system, and a tire pressure monitoring system. The Superior Captain variant further enhances safety with the DiPilot Advanced Driver Assistance System features.
The BYD eMax 7 combines performance and efficiency with its 8-in-1 electric powertrain, highlighted by a permanent magnet synchronous motor and the advanced BYD Blade Battery.
The Standard BYD eMAX 7 has a 55.4kWh battery with 161hp and 310Nm of torque, giving about 420km of range. The Superior Captain has a bigger 71.8kWh battery with 201hp and the same torque, offering around 530km of range.
Charging is quick and easy. The Standard variant charges at up to 6.6kW (AC) and 89kW (DC), while the Superior Captain goes up to 115kW (DC). Both come with a 2.5kW portable charger, a 7kW AC wall charger, and a vehicle-to-load (V2L) cable.

Both variants are backed by a comprehensive warranty, including an 8-year/160,000km warranty for the BYD Blade Battery, an 8-year/150,000km warranty for the electric motor, and a 6-year/150,000km vehicle warranty owner.
