As laptops become indispensable for school, work, and creativity, ASUS Philippines is strengthening its support for users with the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program.

Available starting June 8, the enhanced package provides expanded warranty protection and after-sales benefits, giving students and young professionals greater confidence in their devices.

The ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program combines the brand’s high-performance, military-grade durable devices with enhanced warranty coverage and service benefits, including expanded protection, preventive maintenance, and an extended return policy.

Flagship ASUS models, including the ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops, will now come with a 3-Year International and Local Warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, as well as ASUS All-in-One (AiO) PCs, will continue to include a 3-Year Local Warranty.

Meanwhile, the Vivobook, Vivobook Go, ASUS Series, ASUS Gaming, TUF Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally gaming handhelds will retain their 2-Year International and Local Warranty coverage.

Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handheld devices will also continue to include a 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP), also known as ASUS Perfect Warranty, which covers accidental customer-induced damage not included under the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Alongside the warranty enhancements, ASUS is introducing additional service benefits under the ASUS No. 1 Quality and Service Program. Customers can now enjoy up to six free preventive maintenance sessions during their device’s warranty period, including professional cleaning and device care services available through participating ASUS service centers.

The company has also extended its replacement window from seven days to 14 days, giving customers more time to address eligible product concerns after purchase.

In addition, owners of ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops will now have access to local on-site service support, reducing the need to visit service centers.

ASUS customers can access technical support and warranty services through more than 100 authorized service centers in the Philippines and a global network spanning over 90 countries.

Beginning June 8, 2026, customers who purchase and activate eligible ASUS and ROG products through authorized Philippine retailers can enjoy the enhanced warranty package.
