The world’s first flippable mobile workstation is now in the Philippines. The ASUS ExpertBook B6 Flip (B6602F) is designed to complement the workflow in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) sector, which runs 3D and CAD applications and industry-leading software solutions such as 3ds Max, MicroStation, and Vectorworks.

The ExpertBook B6 Flip can be configured with up to a 12th Gen Core i9-12950HX processor, NVIDIA RTX A2000 professional graphics, up to 128GB of dual-channel DDR5-4800MHz RAM, and up to 4TB of ultra-fast M.2 SSD storage.

It also features an optimized cooling system that includes NVIDIA’s Max-P Dynamic Boost for optimal performance while keeping fan noise to a minimum.

As its name suggests, the ExpertBook B6 Flip has a 16-inch WQXGA display that can flip at up to 360 degrees for added flexibility. This touchscreen display has 100% DCI-P3 coverage, up to 500 nits of brightness, and has stylus support.

There’s also a generous number of ports here: two Thunderbolt 4 ports with DisplayPort 1.4, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, and a pro-grade 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port.

To protect the highly confidential data and information in the AEC industry, ASUS equipped this laptop with an Intel vPro Essentials or Enterprise platforms and Windows 11 Pro. This mobile workstation comes with multi-layered security, including support for self-encrypting TCG Opal SSD drives to prevent unauthorized data access from hackers and a discrete TPM 2.0 chip to store authentication information such as passwords or encryption keys securely.

Other security features include an intelligent card reader that enables easy two-factor authentication and an IR camera for easy face login via Windows Hello.
