Aside from the new iPad Pro, Apple also announced its redesigned 11-inch iPad Air alongside the all-new 13-inch model, both powered by the M2 chip. This marks the first time the iPad Air is available in two sizes.

The 11-inch iPad Air boasts remarkable portability, while its larger counterpart, the 13-inch model, offers an expansive display, providing more space for work, learning, and entertainment activities.

Under the hood, the M2 chip features a faster 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU.delivers enhanced CPU—faster 8-core CPU and 10-core GPU. When combined with faster memory bandwidth, the new iPad Air is nearly 50 percent faster than the previous iPad Air with M1 for a wide range of productivity and creative tasks.

Additionally, the front-facing 12MP ultrawide camera, equipped with Center Stage technology, is strategically positioned along the landscape edge for seamless video calls.

Meanwhile, the iPad Air’s 12MP wide rear camera takes sharp photos and 4K videos, even in slow motion at 240 fps. Its dual microphones work together with the camera to record clear audio and reduce background noise.

The iPad Air features landscape stereo speakers with Spatial Audio for immersive sound. The 13-inch model offers even better sound with enhanced bass.

It also supports Wi-Fi 6E, and cellular models come with super-fast 5G. The slate is compatible with Apple Pencil Pro, Apple Pencil (USB-C), and Magic Keyboard.
