Hyundai Motor Philippines, Inc. (HMPH) is holding the next leg of its Hyundai Mobility Experience this weekend (March 22 to 24) and the all-new Hyundai Santa Fe will be front and center at the roadshow. So if you’ve been eager to see the midsize SUV up close, be sure to swing by the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati.

During the event, visitors will also be able to check out the Hyundai Creta, Custin, and Stargazer X, as well as the award-winning IONIQ 5 EV.

City-friendly and adventure-ready SUV

The fifth-generation Santa Fe boasts significant exterior changes to enhance its appeal for both city and adventure driving. Its design is inspired by the “Open For More” concept, which focuses on providing a spacious and seamless transition between urban and outdoor lifestyles. The wide tailgate opening provides plenty of room and seamless transition between urban life and the great outdoors.

The midsize SUV trades its predecessor’s sweeping curves for a boxy avant-garde design. It also features a dual sunroof and a bridge-type roof rail for mounting of accessories or additional storage. Additionally, a C-Pillar Assist Handle has been added for easier access to the roof.

The vehicle’s exterior is characterized by H-shaped elements—seen on the LED horizontal lamp with DRLs, front bumper garnish and radiator grille, and rear taillights—as well as sharply defined wheel arches.

Inside, the Santa Fe offers a refined interior with fully foldable second and third row seats, allowing users to transform the space into a cargo bed for groceries, home projects, sports, recreation, or camping trips.

It also comes with a 12.3-inch panoramic curved display for the instrument cluster and infotainment screen, a fingerprint recognition system for personalized infotainment configurations and seat positions, dual wireless charging pad, and UV-C sterilization tray.

The all-new Santa Fe is powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with an 8-speed dual clutch transmission. It offers eight drive and terrain settings, namely Normal, Eco, Sport, Smart, Auto, Sand, Mud and Snow.

In terms of safety, the SUV comes equipped with Hyundai SmartSense, a suite of advanced driver assist features aimed at reducing fatigue and enhancing confidence during driving.

Available in three variants—Calligraphy All-Wheel Drive (P3.1 million), GLS All-Wheel Drive (P2.540 million), and GLS 2WD (P2.410 million)—the all-new Santa Fe is backed by a 5-year/200,000km vehicle warranty.
