Carworld Inc. emerged as the overall grand champion at the 23rd Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO), hosted by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) at their training center in Sta. Rosa, Laguna on January 11.
This annual competition highlights the skills and expertise of MMPC’s dealer personnel. It also underscores MMPC’s commitment to the professional growth of its dealership network, challenging participants and reinforcing the brand’s focus on customer satisfaction.
This year’s competition saw the introduction of two new categories: the Warranty Officer Contest and the Sales Customer Relations Officer (CRO) Contest.
Raymond Rivera (Carworld Inc.) and Jose G. Irinco (Diamond Motor Corp.), the champions of the Service Advisor and Technician categories, respectively, will represent the Philippines at the Global Service Skills Competition in Japan this December. All MSO finalists will also enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to Japan this year, courtesy of MMPC.
