ZTE has returned to the Philippines and has brought with it new devices including the gaming-focused REDMAGIC 8 Pro.
The REDMAGIC 8 Pro features a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 960Hz touch sampling rate, and 1300 nits peak brightness.
To make your gaming experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, ZTE equipped this phone with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor, an Adreno GPU, 8GB or 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, 256GB or 512GB of storage, and a massive 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging.
Keeping the phone cool during marathon gaming sessions is an ICE 11.0 cooling system with a 20,000rpm high-speed turbo fan and double layer VC liquid cooling plate. Meanwhile, a large graphene layer under the display spreads out and better dissipates phone heat before it reaches your thumbs.
Two shoulder keys bring support for 520Hz touch sampling, and there’s also a hard trigger for the gaming mode.
The REDMAGIC 8 Pro comes with a triple rear camera system composed of a 50MP primary camera with a 1/1.57-inch Samsung sensor, an 8MP 120-degree ultrawide, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. The selfie shooter is a 16MP under-display unit.
Other features include a 3.5mm audio jack, RGB lighting, and dual SIM slots.
