Yamaha Motor Philippines officially unveiled the new Yamaha LEXI 155cc scooter during its brand launch event on February 20.
Built for riders stepping into a new phase of their journey, the LEXI brings together refined performance and practical comfort. Competing in the 155cc category, it embodies Yamaha’s campaign message, “You’re Up Next,” speaking to riders who have earned their progress and are ready to take the next leap.
Powering the LEXI is a 155cc Liquid Cooled, 4-Valve, SOHC Blue Core engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA). The setup delivers responsive acceleration and fuel efficiency while maintaining reliable performance across city commutes and longer weekend rides. The VVA system enhances power delivery at varying speeds, offering smoother performance and added confidence on the road.
Supporting its performance is a multi-functional digital speedometer with an inverted LCD panel designed for improved visibility, even under direct sunlight. The scooter is also equipped with Y-Connect capability, tubeless tires, and a longer wheelbase to improve stability and handling in both urban and open-road conditions.
The LEXI also features a spacious footboard for added legroom and convenience, along with a long seat designed to provide comfort for both rider and passenger. An electric power socket allows riders to charge devices while on the move, reinforcing its role as a practical mobility partner.
Visually, the LEXI carries a modern, purposeful design highlighted by LED headlight and taillight systems that enhance both visibility and premium appeal.
The new Yamaha LEXI will be available starting March at Yamaha Flagship Shop – YZone, RevZone, and 3S Shops nationwide, with an introductory of P99,900.
