The track was set for a typical Aerox Club Philippines (ACP) gathering—but Yamaha Motor Philippines had other plans. On June 28, the brand dropped a high-performance surprise at Clark International Speedway for its most passionate users: the all-new Aerox and Aerox SP.
No hype, no previews—just pure performance, revealed straight to the community.

The Aerox SP stole the spotlight, showcasing performance features such as the new Y-ECVT system, selectable Sport and Touring modes, and 3-level Downshift Control—technology designed to elevate the automatic riding experience.

The launch transitioned quickly from reveal to real-world testing. ACP members were invited to a time attack challenge, pushing the Aerox SP through the circuit’s corners and straights. The event culminated in an exhibition run, pitting the day’s fastest riders against the Yamaha Philippines Racing Team and select international Yamaha racers.

The Yamaha Aerox and Aerox SP are powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder Blue Core engine, and come with front and rear disc brakes and a 30mm inner tube front fork.
Additional features on the Aerox SP include a 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster, Supersport Cockpit, single-channel ABS, Traction Control System, a rear sub-tank suspension, and an emergency stop signal.
The Aerox is priced at P125,900, while the premium Aerox SP retails for P163,900.
