Xiaomi has officially pulled back the curtain on its highly anticipated Xiaomi 15 Series, globally launching the next-generation smartphones at an event in Barcelona, Spain.

The new lineup, which includes the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and Xiaomi 15, is designed to deliver professional-grade photography, AI-enhanced performance, and sleek, premium aesthetics. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite platform and running Xiaomi HyperOS 2, these devices are built for the most demanding users.

Inspired by classic camera aesthetics, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra boasts a premium build in three elegant finishes: Black, White, and Silver Chrome. The Silver Chrome model’s unique combination of aerospace-grade glass fiber and PU leather, complete with retro stitching, delivers a sophisticated and robust design.

At the heart of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra’s appeal is its state-of-the-art Leica Summilux camera system, which includes three 50MP image sensors and a 200MP periscope telephoto unit.

For videography, it boasts 4K 120fps slow-motion, robust stabilization, and professional-grade color accuracy through Dolby Vision, 10-bit Log video recording, and ACES certification. Its 4-mic array delivers immersive audio recording with omni-directional, forward, rear and trajectory recording modes available.

Other features of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra include a 6.73-inch WQHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display with 3200 nits peak brightness, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0, Gorilla Glass 7i, and a 5410mAh battery with 90W HyperCharge and 80W wireless HyperCharge support.

The Xiaomi 15 is a more compact but equally impressive flagship device. It boasts a 6.36-inch AMOLED display, an ultra-slim bezel design, and a slightly curved frame. Available in Black, White, Green, and Liquid Silver, it’s designed to feel both premium and durable in the hand.

The device’s triple-camera system is no slouch either, featuring a 50MP main sensor, 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP 2.6x telephoto camera, all with Leica Summilux lens.

For those who love recording on the go, the Xiaomi 15 supports 8K recording at 30fps and Dolby Vision video at 4K 60fps, making it a solid option for aspiring content creators.

The Xiaomi 15 is equipped with a 5240mAh battery, supporting 90W HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge.

For peak performance, the Xiaomi 15 Series features the latest LPDDR5X memory. The Xiaomi 15 utilizes fast UFS 4.0 storage, while the 15 Ultra boasts even faster UFS 4.1. The 15 Ultra is offered in 16GB RAM configurations with 512GB or 1TB of storage, and the 15 comes with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage.

European pricing for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is €1,499 (~P90,360), while the Xiaomi 15 starts at €999 (~P60,220)
