Watsons, Asia’s top health and beauty brand, reached a major milestone with the opening of its 8,000th store in the region at SM Mall of Asia in Manila.
The opening of the new store aligns with Watsons’ mission to strengthen its Offline and Online (O+O) customer experience.
Watsons began its journey in 1841. Over the years, it has transformed from one small dispensary in Hong Kong to Asia’s leading health and beauty retailer, now operating 8,000 stores in Asia.
The new store at SM Mall of Asia has a spacious, modern layout and a stylish, contemporary design. It features a Premium Beauty Zone with exclusive brands, an advanced skin analyzer, and dermatologist-recommended products.
Meanwhile, the Sustainable Choices Zone allows customers to refill select Naturals by Watsons products and access a range of Clean Beauty items.
Incorporating more self-checkout counters and Click & Collect services, customers can easily shop online and pick up purchases in-store within 30 minutes. Watsons Philippines has also launched a unique online Health Supplement Advisor to guide customers in selecting the right products. They can chat live with pharmacists for personalized health consultations.
