LG Electronics (LG) recently launched a vibrant marketing campaign that showcased the powerful audio performance and dynamic style of its LG XBOOM speakers. The centerpiece of the campaign is the “Boom Boom Pow Festa,” a unique music festival dedicated to the iconic Black Eyed Peas’ song “Boom Boom Pow.”
Released in 2009, “Boom Boom Pow” has remained a global party anthem, captivating audiences with its infectious energy and booming bass. To celebrate this timeless classic, LG invited talented street performers from around the world to reinterpret the song through the powerful sound of LG XBOOM speakers.
Boom Boom Pow Festa features rising stars of the global music scene such as Delacruz from Brazil and The Juans, a four-member pop rock band based in the Philippines.
Powered by LG XBOOM party speakers, these performances streamed live on the LG Global YouTube channel as part of a two-hour virtual concert. Videos of the individual performances and behind-the-scenes films that showcased the artists’ creative exploration of LG XBOOM’s dynamic power and energetic audio quality are also available on the same channel.
In addition to the live performances, LG also launched a TikTok dance challenge inspired by “Boom Boom Pow.” Participants are encouraged to bring the same explosive energy that XBOOM-brand speakers are known for.
LG’s XBOOM speaker lineup, including the powerful XL9T, the clear and loud XG7Q and XG5Q, and the rugged and durable XG2T, were showcased throughout the campaign. Each model offers unique features such as powerful bass, customizable lighting, and long-lasting battery life, ensuring an unforgettable party experience.
