Singapore’s beloved artisanal French bakery has officially opened its doors in the Philippines. Marking its first-ever venture outside its home country, Tiong Bahru Bakery (TBB) has chosen Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig as the site of its international debut.

Since 2012, Tiong Bahru Bakery has set the standard for croissants and viennoiseries in Singapore. It now has 21 outlets and counting in the Garden City.

The new BGC space is designed as a community hub, offering indoor and al fresco seating where guests can savor the finest French bakes while watching the bakers at work through a glass window.

Tiong Bahru Bakery stays true to its philosophy of paying homage to classic French baking techniques using only premium French ingredients and traditional practices.

At the heart of its menu is the classic croissant—golden and flaky on the outside, with a luxurious buttery aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture, offering pure indulgence in every bite. To ensure maximum freshness, a new batch is baked every two hours.

Pastry lovers will also want to try the Kouign Amann, known for its caramelized, buttery layers, and the Pain Au Chocolat, which delivers a rich, dark chocolate filling wrapped in delicate, buttery dough.

For a zesty twist, the Lemon Tart promises a perfect balance of tangy and sweet, with a velvety lemon curd nestled in a delicate sugar dough crust.

To complement its pastries, Tiong Bahru Bakery serves freshly brewed coffee crafted from beans sustainably sourced by Common Man Coffee Roasters. Their signature blend features notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and cherries. For a unique treat, try the nutty Hojicha Latte.

In addition to its bestsellers, the menu also features artisanal breads, savory dishes, and pastries to satisfy all-day cravings.

Tiong Bahru Bakery is located at Verve Residences Tower 2, BGC.
