Tesla has officially made its mark in the Philippines with the grand opening of its first local Tesla Center, located at Uptown Parade in Taguig City. The event comes just months after the launch of the country’s first Tesla Supercharging station.
The new facility serves as a one-stop hub, combining Tesla’s local head office, an experience center, a delivery hub, and after-sales service support. Designed to provide a seamless customer experience, the center aims to enhance EV adoption in the country.
“Tesla enables the use of electric vehicles by providing a comprehensive and seamless Tesla Experience directly in the Philippines,” said Tesla Philippines Regional Director Isabel Fan.
“Tesla Charging Network and services are available and operated 24/7 to serve Tesla owners. We will keep putting the best efforts to further invest in charging infrastructure and hire locals to transcend the Philippines towards sustainable energy,” she added.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., who graced the opening ceremony, expressed his gratitude to Tesla for recognizing the Philippines’ potential.
“Tesla’s decision to invest in the Philippines is a recognition of our nation’s potential, underpinned by forward-thinking policies and a collective determination to innovate,” he said.
“As Tesla lays the groundwork, and as we invest in infrastructure and implement policies supporting the industry, competition will grow. Then, what may seem as aspirational today—half of the vehicles in our streets as EVs—will become attainable tomorrow,” the Chief Executive added.
The President emphasized the broader impact of Tesla’s presence, particularly in fostering environmental sustainability, empowering the local workforce, and advancing Filipino expertise in global sustainable technologies.
“Tesla is building a generation of Filipinos equipped to lead in the global shift towards sustainable technologies such as this,” Marcos said.

The opening of the Tesla Center coincides with the delivery of the first batch of Tesla Model 3 units in the Philippines. Starting at P2.136 million, the Model 3 offers Filipino drivers a taste of Tesla’s signature innovation and efficiency. Meanwhile, the new Model Y, with a starting price of P2.396 million, is available as part of a limited Launch Series.
Aside from the opening of the Tesla Center, the firm also started the initial deliveries of the Model 3. To note, the Model 3 (which has a starting price of P2.136 million) is now available; while the new Model Y (starting price is at P2.396 million) Launch Series is being offered for a limited time.
