Suzuki Philippines successfully wrapped up the 2024 Raider Big Ride series with a record turnout in the Visayas leg. Held in Silay City, Negros Occidental, the event saw a remarkable turnout of 784 riders.
The third and final leg of the Raider Big Ride solidified the growing strength of the Suzuki Raider community. Half of the total attendees came from club members, while the other half were solo riders who came all the way from Iloilo, Cebu, Ormoc, and Dumaguete.
The 30-kilometer scenic route, starting from Kansilayan Gym in Silay City and looping back after reaching the Bacolod City Government Center, provided a thrilling ride experience.
The post-ride program, on the other hand, was a star-studded celebration featuring live performances by local talents Project Juan Band, DJ Michelle Murphy, and Ysa Belle. The energetic crowd included Raider owners and local motovloggers.
Suzuki Philippines also highlighted its commitment to social responsibility through the Suzuki Mt. Kanlaon Charity Ride. Partnering with the local government of La Castellana, 20 volunteer Raider riders from Negros Occidental participated in this special 61-kilometer ride from Bacolod City to La Castellana.
The riders brought the spirit of SHARE (Suzuki Helps, Aids, & Rebuilds) to Bgy. Sag-ang, La Castellana, where the extended a helping hand to families impacted by the recent Mt. Kanlaon eruption.
The Suzuki Raider Big Ride is a three-leg nationwide event, with the previous rounds taking place in Luzon and Mindanao joined by almost 3,000 riders in total.
