Sony has announced its 2023 BRAVIA XR TV lineup—the X95L Mini LED, X90L Full Array LED, and A80L OLED—all powered by the updated Cognitive Processor XR.

The Cognitive Processor XR handles challenging scenes by enabling better backlight control for increased local dimming zones, increased brightness, and declared blooming. New this year is a feature called XR Clear Image—found in select models—which reduces noise and blur in motion.

The Acoustic Center Sync feature synchronizes the TV’s audio system with select Sony soundbars and AV receivers to reinforce the center speaker channel for clearer, fuller dialogue and more immersive sound.

Other new audio features include the Acoustic Multi-Audio+, found in the X95L model, and the Acoustic Surface Audio+, found in the A80L models.

Meanwhile, gamers can take their PlayStation 5 gaming to the next level with exclusive features such as Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode for optimized picture quality while gaming and streaming. There’s also a quick-access Game Menu that lets you tailor game settings easily.

Meanwhile, the new models’ XR Backlight Master Drive uses a Sony-developed local dimming algorithm to control thousands of tiny, ultra-dense Mini LEDs with precision and independence. This results in incredibly bright pictures with impressive dynamic range, deep blacks, and natural colors.

Other BRAVIA XR lineup features include the BRAVIA CORE app, BRAVIA XR technology, Pure Stream, and IMAX Enhanced, as well as a Crunchyroll remote button for anime lovers.

The BRAVIA XR X95L 4K HDR Mini LED Google TV is available in 85” class, while the BRAVIA XR X90L 4K HDR Full Array LED Google TV is available in 75”, 65”, and 55” class.

Last but not least. the BRAVIA XR A80L 4K HDR OLED Google TV can be purchased in 77”, 65”, and 55” class.

The new BRAVIA XR TV lineup and retail pricing will be available soon in the Philippines.
